The Adult Sanctuary Choir

The Adult Sanctuary Choir performs at the 10:15 am service on Sunday mornings under the direction of Barry Keathley.   Rehearsal time is on Wednesday, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm.  Come join us and be a part of the praise and worship team at Second Baptist Church.

The Adult Handbell Choir

The Handbell Choir is under the direction of DiAnn Perry.  They practice on Wednesday at  5:30 pm.

Brass Ensemble

The Brass Ensemble is directed by Allison Butner.  They have performed for various special events by demand.  Their practice times vary as to the demand of their performances.  They got their start by wanting to add something special to the Christmas program and have grown to performing at the morning worship services.

New Beginnings

New Beginnings is the high school / college age ensemble group where membership is by tryouts.  This group is under the direction of Barry Keathley and they perform twice a month.  They are currently practicing at 5:00 pm on Sunday evenings in the choir room.

Kid's Choir

This choir is for the grades K - 5.  They are under the direction of Angela Hughes and their performances are held 2-3 times a year.  This choir is such a vital part to Second Baptist because of the musical stage performances they bring.  Our stage comes to life and every child has a special part to bring forth. 

Preschool Choir

There is nothing as special as watching our little ones perform and sing praises to God.  This age group is from age 3 to 5.  They are under the leadership of Antoinette Waites.  They learn to sing, keep beat to the music and play all kinds of instruments.  The Preschool Choir practices on Sunday evening from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
